Your account with Pool and Hot Tub Depot is closed
and can no longer be used for purchases.

Reasons why an account will be closed:

• Abusive behaviour on the phone or email directed at any one of our employees,
• Abused the warranty claim process,
• Abused the return policy,
• Did not return shipping damage product for which a replacement was sent,
• Filed a charge back for products purchased and received,

When an account is closed purchases are no longer allowed to be made at poolandhottubdepot.com or in person in store. If a new account is created it will be closed. 

Pool and Hot Tub Depot has a zero tolerance policy and is committed to providing a safe, secure and respectful environment for all customers and staff.

In person, by phone, or any means of communication that is deemed abusive behaviour:

• Abusive language and yelling
• Disrespectful or demeaning language/comments
• Remarks, jokes or innuendos that degrade, ridicule or offend
• Discriminatory remarks
• Threats or threatening behaviour
• Bullying
• Sexual Harassment

Manufacturers warranty for purchased product remains unaffected when an account is closed as that is provided by the product manufacturer and not Pool and Hot Tub Depot.
